I had a blast shopping on amazon again!

This time, I was christmas present shopping for my niece and nephew! It was sooo much fun, I love a little bit of retail therapy! It warms my heart to be able to shop for them!
I am so glad I can!
I got my niece a gift set from the body shop, the scent is warm vanilla. I wanted to get her strawberry scent, but in that particular set they only had coconut, warm vanilla or rose. So I chose vanilla and I hope she’ll like it.
I also got her some makeup! It is shaped like flowers, the pallet is, and the three tears of the flower are different kinds of lip sticks, lip gloss and eyeshadows and blushers.
I know she’ll love it! I’m going to also get her a pajamas, and some sort of thing called v bucks, or something to that effect, she plays fortnight and other games and you need this to buy stuff on the games.
I got my nephew a lego set, some roblox figures, and a search and find book about roblox, roblox is a game in case people dont know, but there are also roblox books and toys.
I’ll probably get him a pajamas also.
I spent way too much money, but I didnt mind, the kids are so worth it, I only have the two of them, so why not spoil them a little at christmas.

  1. I ordered a bunch of stuff from Amazon yesterday myself. I ordered a lot of collectible and craft items for Karla, some sort of coprocessor for our soon, I’m not quite sure what it is, but he wants it, and a computer plus a solid-state disk drive for myself. I got some cables for the computer as well.

      1. It’s a mini-pc, about the size of a paperback book. I’m going to use a monitor, mouse, and keyboard that I already have with it. It uses flash memory instead of a disk drive, but has a bay for a more conventional hard drive, so I got a 480G solid-state hard drive to put in there. I was shocked at how inexpensive a PNY brand solid-state drive is nowadays. I might get one for my laptop in the future, my friend’s laptop with a solid-state hard drive booted so fast compared to mine. I’m putting it on my electronics workbench to control electronic equipment with. I might also plug in an external hard drive and use it for a backup server for my laptop. I back my laptop up with an online backup service, it works great, but a local copy would be nice to have as well. I’m all about not losing years’ worth of data just because a hard drive died. I managed the backups of all the Unix machines at the company I used to work at, so I suppose I’m biased that way. I’m going to be running Kubuntu Linux on it. I’d had my eye on this computer for a while, but wasn’t sure it was powerful enough, but I came across someone in one of the Reddit subs who was using this exact computer on his bench and he said it worked well. The new cost was only $139, but when I added it to my cart, Amazon asked if I’d like a used, refurbished one for $98. I went for the used one and used the savings to buy the solid-state drive.
