I just tried kale chips. they are not for me. one of the staff at the basement club used the kale from our garden to make them. i didnt like the texture of them at all. she seasoned them with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic. then you put them in the oven for 10 minutes. she said you need to keep a close eye on them so they dont burn. they are just a little too strong tasting for me. but i can say i tried them at least.
