I had another night where I woke at 3:30. This is getting old!
I stayed up for a while, as I couldnt get back to sleep. I listened to some talk radio, and read blogs. I eventually lay down again at 5 AM and dozed on and off until 6:30 when I got up and fed nitro and let him out.
It felt cold in the house so I turned on my heating.
Now I’m watching nothing to declare on tv, which is about people coming into australia and having things in their luggage that they havent declared.
I’m gonna call my mom in a little while. And later on this morning I’m expecting a call from the weekend team. Not sure what time they’ll phone me at though.
I’ve decided that today I will try to get back on track with my diet, even though I stopped going to slimming world, I need to be mindful of what I eat, I’ve kinda been really bad about it since last week, and when I stepped on the scales this morning I had gained about 5 pounds.
That disappointed me, so now its time to scale back, cut down, and be more healthy.
Also I am going to start going on my treadmill starting today as well.
I can do this, even if I have to do it on my own. Its for my health, and so that I will stay as healthy as is possible.
