not able to sleep

its 12:30. i cant sleep. i’m still wide awake.

mom and my sister are both gone to bed. they were drinking tonight so they’re probably fast asleep by now. i wasnt drinking at all.

we spent the last hour listening to ed sheeran songs. and looking at old videos in my sisters phone. videos of the kids when they were younger.

it was fun. so many fun memories.

i dont mind not being able to sleep because i can laze around tomorrow morning. the kids are going swimming and me and mom arent going. so we can just chill out here at the apartment.

this really has been a fab vacation. we did so much during it. so much fun stuff.

one more night to go before we head home. i’ll be sad when its over.

  1. You sound very relaxed and settled. I love reading that! It sounds like you’ve come away from this vacation with many wonderful memories. I hope you enjoy lazing around tomorrow. That sounds glorious!
