I am craving a burger. I read someone else’s blog post. they had burgers for dinner, and now I want one.
damn I wish I could have one!
I will have to settle for crackers, did you know on my diet a big mac is worth 25 syns?
and a milkshake is worth 19?
i’m only allowed 15 a day!
the good thing is chicken tenders are worth 2 each so four chicken tenders are worth 8 syns!
so all food isn’t bad!
I am so hungry now though, why is it I am always hungry in the middle of the night?
its 1 AM here now.
well I’m gonna go make some crackers and eat a yogurt.

I don’t eat them often but when I do…I pile stuff on. The last burger I had included fried mozzarella and avocado. So so good.

Maybe try veggie burgers? Black bean burgers are so delicious and very easy to make. There are ways around the cravings. 💕

Of course!!!! You can make it through this. I started my weight loss journey this year so I’m also looking at ways to lose weight and eat the things I still love.

I try and go to the gym most days of the week and limit my fried food intake. That’s about it. Thanks for the well wishes, I definitely need all the support I can get!

I’ve lost a little over ten pounds and I’m really proud of myself. I have the gym motivation down, I need to get my eating better motivation down.

If you’ll ever feel like eating something yummy and high calloric at night, try to drink a glass of water, maybe it’ll cheat your stomach a bit. I think you’re doing brilliantly on your diet. I’ve never had to lose weight but I highly doubt that if I had to, I’d be so determined. I can relate to feeling insanely hungry in the middle of the night, I think it’s common among people who have more or less disordered sleep patterns, no matter if they struggle with their weight or with eating in any way or not. And yes, it is mostly junk food like burgers or chips etc. I am craving at night. 😀 It’s weird. My Dad has a similar issue as his sleep is a bit crazy too, he often wakes during the night and feels so hungry that he just needs to go to the kitchen and eat whatever is eatable and in is rich and in such situations he can usually eat pretty much. I find it a bit scary. 😀 In my case it’s definitely not so intensive, just feeling like you’d love to eat something very yummy, right now. But I usually don’t do it, even just because I don’t have much junk food at home when there’s no particular occasion.
