Feeling good this morning

I woke up feeling good this morning. My sore throat seems to be gone. Thank god!

I slept almost all day yesterday. I must’ve needed the rest, as every time I thought about getting out of bed, I just couldn’t.

I still have a little bit of a sore throat, but it is very minor.

I took lots of paracetamol, and cough syrup, as I was also coughing a lot.

I’m glad I’m feeling better, as I have an apt with my psychiatrist tomorrow morning, I’m going to go to it, but I’ll ware a mask, and use my hand sanitizer also.

My PA Frances was here this morning. She did a lot of housework for me which I am so thankful for. I took the sheets off the bed for her so that she could change my sheets, and she vacuumed, mopped floors, did dishes, emptied bins., etc. for me.

She also helped me to make breakfast, and we had some coffee together.

It is another warm day here today, it is beautiful to see the sunshine.

Thanks everyone for all the well wishes, your all so amazing and I am so grateful for all of you.

  1. Goodness a sore throat?! I’m glad you’re feeling better though. I hate having the cough. It hurts the throat and makes it itchy. Also, your stomach hurts from all the coughing.

I hope you get back to good health soon, Carol Anne. XO 🩷

  2. Sleep is Mother Nature’s best medicine. Of course, it doesn’t make medicine producing corporations any money, so they don’t remind us of this fact that every animal knows: Feel bad? Lie down and rest!
