The sunday whirl

Our words for today are:

spark languid opening magic hope cross clear cloud holy birds water shadows

😊

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the sky transformed into a canvas of colors, a spark of vibrant hues that seemed to pulse with an otherworldly energy. The air was heavy with the sweet scent of blooming flowers, and the gentle lapping of the water against the shore created a soothing melody.

In this tranquil setting, a young girl named Ava sat cross-legged on the beach, her eyes fixed on the clear cloudless sky. She had always felt a sense of hope rising within her whenever she gazed upon the heavens, as if the clouds held secrets and magic within their wispy tendrils.

As she sat there, lost in thought, a flock of birds flew overhead, their shadows dancing across the sand like dark silhouettes. The sound of their gentle chirping filled the air, and Ava felt her heart swell with a sense of peace.

Suddenly, a strong gust of wind swept across the beach, rustling the leaves and sending sand swirling around Ava’s feet. But instead of fearing the storm, she felt a sense of holy calm wash over her. The wind seemed to carry with it a message from above, one of hope and promise.

As the storm subsided, Ava looked up to see a magnificent rainbow arcing across the sky, its colors shimmering like a bridge between earth and heaven. In that moment, she knew that anything was possible, that even in the darkest of times, there was always hope to be found in the spark of magic that lay just beyond the reach of her fingertips. And as she gazed upon the rainbow’s radiant beauty, Ava felt her heart fill with an unwavering sense of trust in the mysterious and wondrous workings of the universe.
