Morning thoughts

I woke up still in pain with my neck. I mean, really? I am irritated.

I did sleep quite well, but I did wake a few times, in pain.

I eventually got up at 7:15 and had two cups of tea, but I didn’t eat anything.

I don’t feel hungry.

It didn’t rain last night at all, it was supposed to rain heavily all night.

I am planning on starting an exercise regime today. My plan is to do 15 to 20 minutes on the treadmill.

Both my parents aren’t feeling well this morning. My dad is having trouble with his bowels, and mom is having heart palpitations and wheeziness.

I am worried about them.

I took some meds for the neck pain, painkillers, so we’ll see how I go.
