I’m shattered!

I went out walking again this morning with Frances and Nitro.

I had a brainwave, and decided to do a longer route. It wasn’t my best idea lol.

I live on a hill, and it was fine going down the hill and along the road we went on, but coming back it was hell.

I was puffing and panting, and when I got to my house I had to take my Ventolin inhaler.

But I was glad that I pushed on through and kept going.

We did over 3500 steps.

Tomorrow though I will go back to the other route we’ve been doing, I’m not fit enough yet to be walking up steep hills.

Nitro is exhausted now. He came in and drank loads of water, and now he’s fast asleep.

It’s a beautiful day out there, so it was nice weather for walking.

I decided that I’ll wait until Tuesday to go grocery shopping, so tomorrow Frances and I will go out again with Nitro.

That’s 3 days this week we’ve gone out for a walk!

Might as well while the weather is nice, there will be a long winter where we won’t be able to go out at all!
