A do nothing sort of weekend

My weekend was lovely. I was at my parents house, I only just got back home to my own house a few minutes ago.

I did absolutely nothing this weekend. I was just lazy for the entire weekend.

I slept great on both nights.

I did not get out of bed until 11 AM this morning.

I woke up at 7 but decided to just relax and fell into a deep sleep again.

I’d stayed up late last night reading, that is why I was able to sleep so late this morning.

Mom made roast chicken today for dinner, we had it with broccoli and mashed potatoes.

Nitro is still on his antibiotics for his abscess, but its much better now.

The swelling is almost gone. He’s also still on the pain meds for it.

It was nice to just do nothing this weekend. The rain started last night during the night, it was really wet, torrential.

Its sunny again this afternoon, but its very windy out there.

We’re supposed to get more rain tonight and for the rest of the week actually.

I have a busy week ahead. Therapy tomorrow, working then after therapy on friendly call, and then my PA Trish comes at 3 PM!

Tuesday is my weigh in day, I go to my slimming world group in the morning.

Wednesday I see Dr. Barry. My mom will also probably come over.

Thursday and Friday are quieter days, but Frances will be here, and on Friday I’ll have to go grocery shopping.

So yeah, glad my weekend was chill, as the week is looking busy!

Hope you’ve all had a good weekend!
