Wish I knew

I wish I knew why Eileen canceled our session on Monday. I’ve been so anxious and thinking about it non stop.
I just wrote to her asking her if she is really ok. Part of me thinks she isnt. And that somethings going on with her.
She rarely cancels our sessions, actually, in the whole 9 years I’ve known her she’s only canceled twice, once when her mom died, and one time when she had a stomach bug.
So for her to cancel it must have been super important.
I know she doesnt have to tell me why, but I do wish I knew the reason for the cancelation.

  1. I know it’s difficult but the boundaries are there for a reason, to keep her safe and to keep you safe. We shouldn’t know much about our therapists lives for that reason. Eileen needs to keep her life private as it’s a therapeutic relationship you have.
Eileen is doing a good job.
