2:30 AM insomniac lounge

2:30 and I am wide awake.
I went to bed at 9:30 last night. I slept until around 1:30. My phone woke me up.
I cant get back to sleep now. I came into the living room and am sitting on my recliner, listening to the radio.
I think I’ll be up for the day now.
I’m a little wired, and feel very anxious.
A while ago, I stood outside in my back yard when I was letting Nitro out and it was so quiet.
It was earily quiet out there!
I think I will go make a coffee, I know its not good when I’m already anxious, but I just feel like having it.
Therapy in 8 hours, thank goodness!

      1. Same here, very slow. They are just finished giving it to people in nursing homes and long-term residential facilities, they’ve also just finished giving it to healthcare workers. People who are vulnerable and have underlying illnesses our next, also disabled people so I should be getting mine fairly soon but not sure yet when exactly
