  1. oh no 😦 sorry to hear that Wendy. Have you been talking to Liz and the others or had a chance to come out when you’re with the therapist to talk about how low you’re feeling? It’s horrible to feel so low, but talking about it can help xx

      1. It will! Whenever I struggle, I think back to all of the things I’ve lived through that were way worse than whatever it is I’m going through now. You’re a fighter and you will get through it!
