One of my PA’S, Trish, is off now for the next two Mondays.
She’s going away on holiday for the first week, she’s off to Spain with her husband.
The second week, there is a bank holiday, and so I’ll be at my parent’s for the bank holiday weekend.
I did get offered cover, but I told the agency that I would not take any. It is only 2 hours, and not a huge deal that I will miss basically one week.
I hope Trish has a fun holiday. She works hard, and she deserves the break.
I’ll still have Frances coming in, although, she has said she’s going to take some holiday time too really soon.
That affects me more, as she does the bulk of my hours with me.
I am hoping that when she does take her holidays, the agency might find someone to fill in for her while she’s away.
I guess I’ll just have to wait and see.
