My night last night was filled with bad dreams! Horrible nightmares! It was pure hell!
I sat up after each one, shaking uncontrollably, too scared to go back to sleep.
I thought to myself, this sucks!
All I wanted was a few uninterrupted hours of sleep! It wasnt to be though!
Instead I was wide awake, stressing!
At least there’s nothing on my agenda today. I can chill!

I’m just like, will I ever get my assignment done?
Its Saturday! College work is not what I want to be spending my saturday afternoon on!
I’d rather be spending my time with friends!
Or relaxing with a good book!
Instead I am preparing a presentation! Ug sigh!
At least I have pepsi! I had to come over to my own house to prepare the presentation, and I have no milk, so couldnt even make a coffee!
Well as you can imagine I am not best pleased at that fact!
I need coffee! At least there is one good thing, when I am done and go back to mom and dads, mom will have my dinner ready for me!
We’re making cottage pie, topped with turnip! Turnip instead of mashed potato! The healthy route!
Its a slimming world recipe! I am looking forward to trying it out!

I’m wide awake at 3 AM. I didnt sleep well. Probably because I had a nap in the afternoon yesterday. Well I was not doing anything else, and I hadnt slept well the night before either. So a nap it was.
I got 3 hours of sleep in the afternoon yesterday, and tonight I went to bed at around 10:30 and slept until just after 2 AM.
I doubt I’ll sleep any more now. So what did I go do? I went to my trusted coffee. I made a brew. A cup of smooth coffee. Yum! It tastes delicious! I love how this particular coffee tastes! Its expensive, a jar of it cost me 10 euro but its worth it.
Its pouring down outside. Its so sootheing to listen to the rain. I love it.
I have therapy in a few hours. We’re looking forward to going. We have to tell her we booked our trip to colorado to see Sarah. And we also have to talk about other stuff, allie is going to have some time, as will liz.
Then I am working this afternoon on friendly call. My supervisor is off today so I hope there arent any problems. If there are I suppose I could ring her or just wait until she’s back in the office tomorrow because I work tomorrow also. I wont be on my own so if anything does come up I’m sure I can ask someone else’s opinion about what to do.

I’m doing good with my food plan this week! I havent gone over my syns at all! I do keep obsessing about the numbers though, and I know I shouldnt. I did weigh myself a few times on my own scales, but really I need to just stick to the scales at slimming world.
I’ve been eating slimming world meals a lot, they taste ok, I’ve tried lasagna, shephards pie, charisso chicken, sausage and bean casserole, and mexican rice.
I’ve also been eating tons of fruit. I do drink coke zero, but thats allowed on the plan. I bought myself a few boxes of slimming world bars, they are called Hi-fi bars. I got the mint ones, and the black forrest gatteau ones.
I am going to treat myself tonight to two slices of banana bread with a cup of tea. Each slice is worth 2.5 syns. I am allowed 15 syns per day, and I havent had any today so far. So banana bread it is.
I’m hopeful for another great week, and for a loss at weigh in next Tuesday, we shall see. Only time will tell I suppose.

I am sitting here on my bed, wrapped up in a fleece blanket. We were having gorgeous weather this past week, but now our sunshine is gone, and it has turned cold! Brrr!
I love my fleece blanket. I was thinking the other day that I need to buy one for my bed. Winter is coming, and I love being snug and warm in my bed, I do have a quilt on the bed, but there’s something about fleece blankets. Something magical.
I have some small ones, that I use when I am on the couch reading, one of them has horses on it, I got it when I visited america a few years ago. Its a pretty good size.
Wrapping up in my blanket is my self care act for today! I am feeling a little sad, so doing this is making me feel a whole lot better.
