Price hikes

The price of my bills has really been hiked up lately. I am not impressed.

Energy and gas prices have skyrocketed!

The politicians say there is a shortage of gas due to the ongoing war in Ukraine.

Everything just keeps getting more and more expensive!

Food, electricity, gas, oil, phone bills…you name it and it is getting expensive.

I did get a reduction in my phone bill though. I rang the company I’m with, and I basically told them that if they couldn’t give me a better deal I was going to change companies. Right away the guy took 50 euro off my phone bill!

Sweet! I’ll take it!

So for the next 12 months at least my bill will be 50 euro cheaper!

The way things are going, I’m going to be glad of any savings I can make.

  1. We’re all trying to save money somewhere. Good for you getting a result with your phone bill! We have a fixed rate on our broadband until April 2024 but the cost of calls will go up this year as those aren’t fixed. It’s OK though as we use the mobiles when we want to make a call.
