i barely slept. i went to bed around 3:30 AM. and now its 6:30 and I’m awake again. i cant help it. i am a light sleeper and wake easily. nitro wanted to go out and he was restless so woke me up so i eventually got up. i made some tea and am sitting here going through email.
my pa kristen is coming this morning. we just have housework to do and i have to get money out of the ATM. after she leaves I am going to the basement club. I have mentoring with colette. I booked that apt yesterday. i feel like i just need the extra support. i’m very grateful its their. well i’d better get going and try to wake up and breathe. talk later.
