I got a text from Eileen this evening. At around 7 Pm!
She said she’s sick. She has an upper respiratory infection. She said she didn’t want to pass anything on to me, so could we do a zoom session in the morning.
I’m fine with that. Actually I’m glad because our weather is calling for rain all day tomorrow.
So I replied that yes, that would be fine with me, and I told her I hoped she was feeling better.
Those upper respiratory infections can be so nasty!
I haven’t heard anything else, so I hope my reply went through, it probably did, and she will just send on the zoom link in the morning.
I am glad it is therapy day tomorrow. Now what to talk about first? What is most pressing?

write a list, then prioritise … that works for me with any appointment! Zooming is the big way of therapy here since covid 🙂

Yes 😀 I know same here, zoom is massive now and a lot of providers use it a lot, I prefer face to face but will do zoom if I have to!

I’ll bet she really appreciates it about you that you spend time and care in meditation beforehand, in order to use your time together for best effect.
