Slowly building

Until I am ready to burst

This pressure

It’s a kind of curse

Its like blowing up a balloon

Until it goes pop

My head spins

Until its about to drop off.

I count slowly

From 1 to 20

Release the pressure in my brain

Before I start all over again.
