Share your world January 9th edition

1. How long did it take you to get back into your normal routine after the holidays?
(this does not have to be Christmas and New Year, but any holiday) I managed to get back into my routine fairly quickly after Christmas. I was happy to be back to some sort of routine. I like routine.

2. Which makes you feel more relaxed, putting your feet up in front of the fire with a good book or socialising with your friends? I don’t have a fire, but making a mug of hot chocolate and sitting on my recliner with my book, now that’s bliss.

3. What is your favourite hot drink?

I’d have to say either coffee or hot chocolate. I love Starbucks caramel macchiato and Mochas

4. If you are feeling poorly, do you prefer to be pampered, or left alone?

I like to be pampered, or to know that I am not on my own.

Gratitude:

I am thankful that I am going back to therapy this morning, it will be great to see my therapist again.
