So I took Nitro to be weighed! The good news is he has lost another 500 grams!
He’s now down to 40.8 kgs!
Thats a loss of about 6 KGS since he went on the diet!
I am really pleased with his progress!
After we got him weighed I decided to go to a pharmacy nearby to see if I could get a first aid kit. There was a pharmacy just up the street, but unfortunately they didnt have one in stock.
The guy I spoke to said he could order one in for me, but when he looked the cheapest one was 55 euros! I wasnt going to pay that much for it!
He said another pharmacy nearby had one for 25 euros, so me and Frances walked there, but they were also out of stock, and the girl I spoke to said as they get their stock in from the UK, and with brexite and all, she wasnt sure when they’d have them in stock again.
So it was a bit of a wasted journey, but at least I got my exercise in for the day!
We took a cab back home, as its an uphill walk, and I cant do steep hills yet, I’m not fit enough!
My mom said if she comes across a first aid kit when she is out later this afternoon she’ll pick it up for me.
It was nice to get out and have a little bit of an adventure!
I’m exhausted now though!
Oh my! For 55 euros that better come with a doctor!
I mean, here in the US, I can pick up a “first aid kit” with band aids and a few ointments and some tape and gauzes for probably the equivalent of fifteen or less.
If shipping to where you are wouldn’t make it ridiculous, I’d just send you one, though I don’t know if that is what you were trying to buy.
The more involved kinds with tweezers etc ARE more expensive I suppose.
Still, that seems outrageous!
I’m glad you got your walk in and that Nitro is doing better.
Take care!

Yes. That was what I was trying to buy! I know, outrageous isnt it? to pay 55 euro for one? I can probably get a cheaper one, or make up my own!
