Yummy! I love pizza and I had it for dinner last night. I hope you will tell us all about what you put on yours. I sometimes make them from scratch but more often when I’m cooking just for myself I buy very basic frozen pizza – like vegetarian spinach and mozarella – and add extra toppings from leftovers in my freezer. Last night’s pizza had added bits of roast vegetables and some fresh mushrooms plus some more cheese on top of that.
