Worry not

I neednt have worried about my weight loss. I did it, I was down 3 and a half pounds this morning when I saw my nutritionist. I am on air right now. I’m delighted and really proud of myself.
Now to get my exercise regime going. Starting today. I am going to the track today as part of my health and leisure module in college, we go twice a week to the track and walk the track for an hour.
Tomorrow I will go to the gym with my PA. And Sunday I will hopefully go for a walk with my mom, or maybe she can take me to the gym, we’ll see.
I’m determined to lose the weight no matter what I have to do to get there. Right now I weigh 220 pound.

  1. Congrats! Don’t get discouraged if your weight doesn’t change much this next while because you’ve been sick and that effects things. I’m not very good at it, but exercising is always a good idea as it helps not just with physical health.
