Up a little this week

So last night at slimming world the result was kind of bad. I was up a pound. Not very happy about it but what can you do? It happens I guess.

I just have to try harder this week. Eat more speed. Drink more water. Do a little bit of exercise more than I have been doing anyway.

I hope I can turn this around soon and start losing again. I haven’t really lost much weight since Christmas.

Here’s to a better week next week šŸ˜›k

  1. Are you dieting or you wanna lose weight without being hungry? I might have some tips for you.šŸ¤— I’m just an ordinary 40 year old girl and have been up and down in weight. I have now lost 13 kg but have done it slow..I just changed what kind of food I eat and I used an app to watch over what I ate and how much I burned. Hope you find your way to do this healthy and good.šŸ˜Š

      1. You deserve it. You are one of the most caring and lovely people I know. Plus it sometimes just needs a little encouragement and you get back on track. Just don’t forget how much you are doing at the moment with therapy & college. I get the feeling that huge changes happen in your system and we often underestimate how much energy that needs. In top of that staying fully on course with your exercise and dieting is no mean feat. I think you are doing really well. šŸ™‹ā¤šŸ

      2. I have the same problem. As the “work” is not physical it feels like we don’t do anything but mental work and development is high-energy work. But you’ll find the right balance. šŸ˜—šŸ™‹ā¤šŸ
