The short answer is yes. There are things I do every day to practice living a more fulfilling life. One thing I do is meditate. I meditate every morning, first thing after I wake up. I use the calm app to do this. I usually do the 10 minute daily calm meditation. Another thing I do each day is journal. It helps me to process my feelings. I make sure and take my meds daily. Occasionally I forget a dose but I try hard not to. I also pencil in time for myself each day. I will read, listen to music, or talk to friends or watch some tv each day. Doing all of these things helps me to live a more fulfilled life.
