Craved ice cream

Today, I was craving ice cream.

I’m trying to be better about the food I am eating, but this afternoon, I just couldn’t resist having an ice cream cone.

Mom made it for me.

She had bought cones, and crème bralette ice cream.

It was amazing, and I enjoyed my cone.

Of course I had to save a little for the dog, because, he always loves it when I give some ice cream to him.

The only down side to eating ice cream is that my teeth are very sensitive and sometimes after I finish the cone they hurt for a little while.

I don’t care. To me, it is worth the pain in my teeth.

  1. Telling ourselves we can’t have something at all is the surest way to make us want it, isn’t it?

Honey, trust me ~ being thin isn’t gonna be worth having made yourself miserable to get there, and keeping yourself miserable to stay there.

Good for your mom and her lovingly made creme brulee cones, say I 👌👍
