Good evening everybody. I am sending healing vibes your way and hope you are well.
Like many of you I am bothered by anxiety here and there. Worry just creeps up out of nowhere and for no particular reason. Over the years I developed many tools to deal with it from journaling to mindfulness. But so often writing about it helps the best.
