Anxiety

Good evening everybody. I am sending healing vibes your way and hope you are well.

Like many of you I am bothered by anxiety here and there. Worry just creeps up out of nowhere and for no particular reason. Over the years I developed many tools to deal with it from journaling to mindfulness. But so often writing about it helps the best.

  1. I experience anxiety from time to time and most of the time it helps when I use essential oils. I favor doTERRA balance/serenity blended together. When that doesn’t work I have a pill that I take. My anxiety used to be constant (and led to headaches) when I was in an unhappy/unbalanced marriage. Since I have left that relationship, I hardly ever get headaches much less anxiety.

    1. Hi Meowscha, that sounds like brilliant tools. I like using either lavender or geranium oil. Never tried blends before. I am glad you managed to get out of an unhappy marriage. That is a difficult and courageous process. Happy Wednesday and may the anxiety stay at bay πŸ€—πŸ
