I’m planning on starting my exercise regime today. A daily exercise regime.
I meant to start it last week, but life got in the way.
I want to try to do at least 20 minutes on my treadmill, we’ll see how much endurance I have to keep that promise.
I don’t run, I just walk.
And I’m not fit so we’ll just have to see how it goes.
I am determined to do this. I have my cousins wedding coming up in a few weeks. I’d like to try to get in shape and tone up for it.
