For her Sunday poser this week, Sadje asks us:
Do you believe in multitasking or doing things mindfully?
Well I multitask a lot.
I am not good at being mindful. I want to be, but I find mindfulness hard.
I am good at multitasking though 😊
I am so easily distracted, I don’t even have ADHD but I just am easily distracted.
I believe if you are able to do things slowly, mindfully, take in your surroundings, be present in the here and now, you’ll be a much happier person.
I just haven’t mastered it yet.
I’ll keep trying, though.
