So I had to make myself exercise today. I really wasnt feeling it. I had no motivation to do it. But I decided to push myself, and I am so glad I did.
I did 20 minutes on the treadmill. It helped that I was able to watch tv while I exercised. That made the time go by quickly. Sometimes I get bored when I am walking, so sometimes I either read or watch the tv to make the time go by quicker.
I am proud of my achievement today. I have exercised on most days this week. I hope it will pay off tomorrow at my weigh in!
I want to get up to doing 30 or 40 minutes on my treadmill but I am easing myself into it. I know if I push myself too hard I won’t stick with it.

The fact that you got up and on the treadmill means that you’ve already taken more action than most people. Motivation is hard to keep, and that’s where discipline comes in.

I agree with you, it’s hard to motivate yourself but once you do it’s wonderful I find it much more easier now 😀
