6 AM.
Woke up,check.
Felt crazy, check.
Read for a while, to see if that would help. It didnt.
Got up trying not to wake the rest of the household. Went out to the kitchen.
Was hungry so ate breakfast,a bowl of wheetabix and blueberries.
Decided to make tea.
Kettle on? Check.
Teabag in mug? Check
Pour in water and milk and enjoy!
Its just gone 7 AM now. Mom just got up. I’m back in bed reading blogs. Thinking I’ll relax for the morning.
Cuz, who doesnt love laying in bed on a saturday morning?

Thank you for reading, liking, and commenting to my posts.  It is very appreciated.

I am currently raising money to pay for ongoing psychotherapy. I am a survivor of complex trauma, I have dissociative identity disorder, and complex PTSD.  Therapy can be very expensive.

If you feel like donating to my fund you can donate using pay pal. My pay pal email for donating is:

Don’t feel you have to, there is no pressure, but I’m grateful for any donations that are received.

Again thanks for visiting!
