Question of the day

Do you enjoy being out in the fresh air and going for walks?

I actually really love going for walks and being outside, but I’m too anxious to do it on my own or without a purpose. If I don’t have a solid reason to go out then I really struggle to leave the house. When I do walk on my own though I like to listen to music in one ear (or a podcast sometimes) and the sound of nature in the other. Best of both worlds. xo

That’s okay, it’s not as bad as it used to be. When my anxiety was at its worst I couldn’t leave the house at all, whereas now I’m able to leave if I’ve got a purpose, it’s just if I fancy a walk with no goal other than to walk I can’t make myself do it. xo

I love to walk the beach at night or early in the morning about 7/8. But if I can pick beach at night. I do not really like walking in the day, but if I have to its a track or trail off by itself and not a lot of people/distraction around.

I like to go at night because I am not so amped up, I’m not thinking about everywhere I have to go still that day or all the things I have to do. At night it lets me relaxe and clear my head.
