Therapy Bits

i couldnt think of a title for this post. my mind went blank.
mom has gone to the beach today. she went with my sister and the kids. some of our family were meant to go with them but they changed their mind at the last minute, typical of them to do that.
i didnt sleep too good last night. i think i got around 3 hours. i got totally into my book, i read 9 chapters of it. i was going to keep reading, but i said to myself i’d better try to sleep. i’m glad i did. i’m tired today but i am not overly tired. i think i can manage.
i booked a taxi to take me to normas later on today. i’m going to go at around 4 pm. then i will stay until around 7:30. i am looking forward to spending time with norma. plus its company for her. she doesnt have a lot of friends. or many people to spend time with actually, which is sad for her.
then i will come home and curl up in bed and finish my book. that is, if i dont fall asleep first. who knows, i just might.
