In morning’s hush, your fragrance wakes the day,
Dark velvet steam in gentle, swirling play.
You hum low songs in porcelain embrace,
A warmth that time and tired hearts can trace.

The world’s still gray, yet you are fire’s kiss,
A spark of dawn distilled to liquid bliss.
Each sip a promise, soft yet fiercely true,
Of comfort waiting in the shade of you.

You gather thoughts like stars within the mind,
And loosen dreams the night had left behind.
Your bitterness—an honest, tender art,
That teaches joy the language of the heart.

Stay near, old friend, while moments blend and flee,
For life begins again—with you and me.

Thank you for reading, liking, and commenting to my posts.  It is very appreciated.

I am currently raising money to pay for ongoing psychotherapy. I am a survivor of complex trauma, I have dissociative identity disorder, and complex PTSD.  Therapy can be very expensive.

If you feel like donating to my fund you can donate using pay pal. My pay pal email for donating is:

Manyofus1980@gmail.com

Don’t feel you have to, there is no pressure, but I’m grateful for any donations that are received.

Again thanks for visiting!
