Ragtag Daily Prompt Thursday: Street Lamp

Beneath the quiet street lamp’s glow,
Soft whispers from the shadows flow.
The night breathes slow, the stars all hide,
As dreams drift down the empty side.

A puddle mirrors amber light,
A trembling moon within the night.
Each footstep hums, a fleeting rhyme,
Lost to the hush of passing time.

The street lamp, old, its halo thin,
Guards all the ghosts that roam within.
And though the dark may ebb and creep,
Its glow still hums the world to sleep.

I am currently raising money to pay for ongoing psychotherapy. I am a survivor of complex trauma, I have dissociative identity disorder, and complex PTSD.  Therapy can be very expensive.

If you feel like donating to my fund you can donate using pay pal. My pay pal email for donating is:

Don’t feel you have to, there is no pressure, but I’m grateful for any donations that are received.
