I climbed a hill to reach the climax,
But tripped on a root and twisted my leg.
The view was grand—or so they tell me—
I only saw dirt, and a squirrel’s peg-leg.
I cried, “Adventure is quite overrated!”
As I slid back down with grass stains galore.
Yet when I limped home, triumphant and jaded,
I claimed I had conquered Mount Living-Room Floor.
