I love chips, for my US readers, I know they are fries over there, but here in Ireland, we call them chips.
I love chips with a nice smattering of salt and vinegar on them.
There is nothing like the chips you get out of a chip shop, wrapped in newspapers, covered in salt and vinegar.
They’re delicious!
I also love my mom’s homemade chips. She gets potatoes, and she cuts them up and cooks them in oil, oh man they’re so, so good!
Chips cheese and garlic mayo is also a favourite for me!
I’ll tell you one kind of chip that I don’t like. It is Macdonald’s chips. They’re too skinny, and they taste like cardboard.
