What’s the most fun way to exercise?
Dance, dance, dance!
I love shaking my bootie!
I put on music when I am home alone, and I dance to it.
It is a great way to stay fit and healthy!
I also love to swim, but I don’t do that much nowadays.
And of course, walking, I love walking.
Nothing like getting out for a brisk walk on a summers day.
It really energises me.
Those are just a few ways I enjoy exercising.
