I didn’t have a good day. I did not exercise at all. I feel bad about it, but I was too distracted, and my leg is still hurting, so I decided to give exercising a miss for today. I’m going to take the weekend off, and hope that by next Monday that my foot will be feeling better.
I did weigh myself this morning after I woke up.
Weight: 204.8 pounds.
I did eat healthy and I did drink 1 litre of water today.
So all is not lost.
I’m hoping that next week, I’ll be able to do a lot more, and my fitness will increase.
We shall see I guess what happens.
