Therapy Bits

The best moment of 2024 for me so far was when I got my funding approved so that I can continue my psychotherapy with my therapist Eileen. It was thanks to my psychiatrist Dr. Barry for putting in an application to get funding, so I am so grateful to her, also. I had an anxious wait for a couple of weeks before I got the news. But then, my therapist told me the good news. I was thrilled. My prayers had been answered, my healing journey could continue. There have been other special moments in this year, one was when my sister got the all clear and found out that her tumours in her womb were benign. Another special day was my birthday, spending time with family, making wonderful memories.
