For me there are two very fun ways to exercise. They are:
Dancing, when nobody’s watching, of course.
Playing ball with the dog, that always brings me joy. And makes both of us tired!

I dance when they’re watching, too! Can’t even help myself any more ~ if there’s dance music playing, my body is in motion, partner or no partner!

Walking. Hubby and I walk every single morning. A time to think and clear the mind.
