I learned a long time ago that you need to make your own happiness. I firmly believe this to be true.

Nothing and nobody can make you happy, you have to do that for yourself.

The following quote that I am sharing, is one I love.

Some of you might not know this about me, but I collect quotes.

This is one of my all time favourites.

    Being happy is not a gift we have to wait for. It is a decision and a permission we give ourselves.

        Anytime, mate, no matter how much chaos I face, I still find time for Zen.

        Whether that is reading, writing, , listening to music, which to me is like breathing, not a day goes by and I am not listening to something depending on my vibe from the moment I awake to when I crash. Lol

        Without Music the world would not be the same.

        Aye Music helps me at times when I am in the flow, lacing lyrics or finding music to correlate with my segments of madness creation.

        Leaving my audience wanting more and intensifying and twisting an assault on your cerebral cortex

        I have been told my writing is intoxicating and terrifying at the same time.
