This is my friends recipe, but OMG it is so good!
Ingredients…
1 stick olio
1 cup water
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup oil
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon soda
Bring olio, peanut butter, water and oil to boil in a large pan. Turn off heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until blended. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Icing
1 stick olio
½ cup peanut butter
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
Cook olio, peanut butter and milk until boiling. Add rest of ingredients. Mix.
