What could you let go of, for the sake of harmony?
The first thing that came to me when I read this question was, my past.
It isn’t that easy though to let go of the past.
But sometimes I feel suffocated by my past.
It feels as if it pulls me down, and stops me moving forward.
I am in therapy, and I am healing from the past.
But sometimes I’d just love to push it all away, let go of it all.
Another thing I can and do let go of is old arguments.
They’re over and done now, no point in holding grudges.
I try to forgive whom ever I was arguing with.
After all, it take two to argue.
Letting go of anything can be tricky, but I do feel it is necessary to do it if you want to live a harmonious life.
