Not a great start #TGIF

I haven’t felt good all day.

It started after I drank my Frappuccino at Starbucks this morning. When I got back home, I felt really off.

I thought it was because I’d only had a banana for breakfast, and maybe if I ate more the feeling would go away.

I got to my parents house, still felt weak, nauseous, and blah!

I had lunch, but my stomach still felt queasy!

I tried drinking water, no joy. I tried a mug of tea, nope that wasn’t a runner either.

I’ve felt miserable for the entire afternoon.

I’m still feeling off. I just cannot pinpoint a cause for it!

And that my friends is my boohoo rant for TGIF!

I hope your Friday is going better than mine!

That sucks. You know those Starbucks drinks are full of fat and sugar ~ maybe now that you’ve been eating healthier, your body isn’t happy with that. Just a thought! Hope you feel better!

I know, I was only having a Starbucks drink on Friday mornings, but I might have to stop, I don’t think my body is too happy with the sugar. X

Whenever I feel off like that, I check my glucose number. Usually I’m high so I need to take my insulin.
