Therapy Bits

Well, today, I had a bit of a problem on my hands.

My internet service provider has an online service, where you can look at your bill, pay it, etc.

My problem was this. My log in info was my old email address, which is no longer in use now. And I’d forgotten my password.

So I called them. Got through to a very nice man who was very helpful.

He changed my email address to my current one. He also reset the password for me.

And voila! I was able to log in again!

Which is good, considering I’ll be in the USA when my bill comes out.

I wanted to be able to log in while I am away, and pay it online.

Now it seems I can!

So I have no more worries that my phone and internet will be cut off!
