I am expecting a phone call from a fill in CPN later on this morning. Her name is Alison. Sarah is off for a few days. Alison is basically phoning me to see if I need to be referred to the weekend team this weekend. I think I do.
She’ll also check in to see how I’m doing.
I know her, but I don’t know her well. So I am nervous. Its hard to open up to someone when you don’t really know them well.
Usually when Sarah is off I don’t have alison call me. But because I am needing the referral she will have to talk to me so she knows what to write on the referral form.
Hope it goes well, fingers crossed!

Will keep my fingers crossed for you. I agree that it really sucks having to open up about sensitive stuff like your mental health to someone you barely know.
