For this weeks Stream of Consciousness Saturday prompt from Linda G. Hill, weve been tasked with using the word opt, either as a word or to find a word with opt in it and base our post on that.
I am nothing if not optimistic. And, since I am optimistic, I figure, lets start christmas early!
So what did I do?
I started wrapping presents this morning! I’m almost sorted now, I’ve almost bought all of my gifts for the people I had to buy for.
I feel so productive! Its a real wintery day out there too today, so with the christmas tunes blaring, and the glittery wrapping paper out, I wrapped everything!
I also bought a load of party food this week, boxes of stuff like spicy chicken wings, chicken on a stick, indian platters, chinese platters, potato skins etc.
Christmas has well and truly started!
And this gal is excited!
I’m opting to enjoy every second of it!
