We had a nice halloween. No triggers, no upset. We watched movies, I let the kids watch goosebumps, and they had candy, and we got take away food for a treat.
We talked to a friend on the phone, and our mom, it was nice.
We were tucked up in bed by 10:30.
Asleep by 11 Pm and woke again at 5 AM!
There were some fireworks, nitro was afraid of them, but there werent too many.
No kids came trick or treating, so parents must have been listening to the warnings about not going to houses.
Overall though it was a nice evening. I am grateful that we werent anxious, triggered, or upset.
